Birmingham, England to be exact. and i want to plan a Europe trip before my friend has to go back home to go to school in september. and the best time to go.. would be August 5-14th. and i dont think thats a confirmed departure yet. so if anyone is thinking of going at this time or if you think it would be a better time, maybe we can get enough people on this tour to make it a confirmed departure.let me know .
