im thinking bout going to amsterdam for easter as ill be moving over to london ( from nz) for my working holiday early feb. anybody else doing it the amsterdam tour?

hey,iv also been thinking about doing amsterdam for easter 08 i have never been on a contiki trip before and i thaught a small break like this would be good as a tester to see if i like it, i am from the uk and will be in london the day before weather i do this trip or not any advice off anyone would be great or to just knowing whos going.

I am all about this trip! Sound like a blast....thinking about starting off in London for a couple days as well! Still figuring out whos goin with, but might just as well do a solo vaca....first time for everything!

I'm from the connecticut and I'm considering going on the Amsterdam for Easter trip. It sounds like fun, the only thing is that I would be going solo. Anyhow if everything works out I look forward to meeting you all.

hey ya im goin on this tour, its easy as to book, just go into a travel agents and they do it all for ya. it cost around $400-$500 nz.

This may seem like a really bone question but is everyone just going to experience the "coffee shops"? Not really my scene if people are.

i would just like to say NO!!! theres way more to amsterdam than coffee shops!!! theres the red light district and "toy shops" cheese, clogs, windmills, the canals, the heinken beer factory, anne frank......???

That's okay then-I've been to Amsterdam a few times before. I just had visions of 'Eurotrip' the movie that's all!
