Hey mate, yeah im on this tour, should be pretty awesome, ill be coming of the back of two other tours, so you will be able to identify me as the guy with alcohol poisoning and liver desease by the time i hit the contiki tour.

wow Nick! where else are you going?

I'm trying to plan some things on my own for those cities where we have 2 nights...Paris, French Riviera, Rome, Amsterdam. Some of these optionals just seem a bit over priced...but if i can find something fun, local, and cheap..hey, can't beat that haha.

Have any ideas?

Hey Shone,

Yeah im getting to london on the 3rd of May, after being in Turkey from 22nd april till 3rd. I am thinking of quickly jumping over to ireland for a few days from the 4th to 8th, but they will be hiting london central to the 10th. That should give me 2 days to recover in london before hitting the contiki tour.

So my plan is to hit up a few pubs in london on those two days, and go on the tour of the tower of london. I with you on skipping the overpriced add on options, im up for working it out on the go. I figure you just ask the locals where to go, and you always end up in better places.

Anyway not long now, 4 weeks and im on my first plane.
