Hey, I'm from Canada as well. BC actually. I was planning on going on the sept 21 tour but i was alittle late in book now its full. But it doesn't matter im just excited to go.

you have to phone cotiki about the dates. the reason they're probably not posted is because it wasn't an actual gurenteed departure, however due to the increase in popularity this year, they added another tour for the dates of sept 24-oct 9. the tour dodesn't start till the 26th of sept. sept 24th, is the departure date from Canada. hope that helps.

ok now i get you yeah i've been looking at the 26th tour, it still makes octoberfest so im stoked :-) this weekend will drag on now that im waiting to here from my boss about leave dates :-) ill keep you informed with my plans

Have you both booked on the guaranteed departure tour or the one with out? there are now two tours going one with a guaranteed departure and one without and if there isn't enough ppl for the one without they will cancel it, just wondering which one it is you both are booked with?

News that they have a third bus going on this tour but I booked with the second bus. Hopefully everything works out for you. Keep in touch.

Hi Sean,
I have been told with this tour that because its not a guaranteed departure that 50 days before the tour they can cancel the tour and then your stuck with flights and no tour. Just thought i would give you the heads up incase your were not aware. This is now the only thing holding me back from booking.

I emailed my travel agent today about the gurenteed departure, and she spoke with Contiki and due to the increase volume of interests this is a gurenteed departure. However I am meeting with her on wednesday so I'll let you know if anything has changed.

I hope that is the case with increase of volume, my travel agent told me contiki said because its not a gurenteed departure they were unable to check the correct amount of ppl booked and will only get the full amount of ppl 50 days before the tour, if it is the case that there is enough ppl already please let me know as im about to book, so i will hold off until wednesday and see what your reply is :-)I am now looking at the european experience it leaves on the same day as the highlights but is a 20 day tour not 14 days pretty much does the same places, if yours end up cancelled keep the experience tour in mind its a gurenteed departure :-)

Good news!! the departure is a gurenteed departure. I just returned home from booking my flights and my travel agent was on the phone with Contiki, its 100% go. I hope this encourages you to book. I also booked the 'check out london' I arrive in London on 20th of Sept and will be staying 3 pre-departure nights at the Royal National Hotel. I can't wait for this, 3 months, 2 weeks, 5 days till I leave. let me know what u plan on doing
