Yeah so Ive heard! Im coming with a group of 6 friends, all from NZ. Should be good!

I'll be there, i leave for england three weeks from today for a bit of travelling beforehand.
I'll be celebrating my 21st on our tour too, can't wait!

Hey did your brother give you any good advice? What was the weather like? Was there anything he wished he took but didnt? What extra outings did he go on and does he recommend them?

Hey, the weather was great for my brother but a little cold in Corfu but when we are there it'll be damn hot. It'll be hot everywhere.  Things to remember: torch, vitamins, cold and flu meds (everyone get sick unless you drink through it), guys need shirt and tie and decent shoes if they want to go to the casino in Monaco. But you can buy something cheap of course. My bro was lucky to be in the French Riveria during the Cannes Film Festival and the Grand Prix, lucky bugger. As far as the outings go it's really up to the individual but he reckons that if you have the cash you should do everything because they're all good. I have a mate who just did a different contiki and said that the extra dinners were always awesome but my brother said otherwise. What ever floats your boat I guess.

Only seven weeks to go. I'm working in Glasgow at the moment and will be begin travelling in a few weeks. I'm doing a Haggis tour of Scotland and Shammrock tour of Ireland before hanging around in London for the week for the trip. If you haven't organised somewhere to stay yet, The Generator is an awesome hostel very close to Russell Square. It's the biggest in London.

Uh oh, that calls for a big party! Where will we be on your birthday?

My birthdays on the 24th of august the day we are in capri and stay in sorrento. get to spend my bday on an island, yeh. How old is everyone else?
Will i be able to get into the casino with jeans/shirt/tie or will i need to pack some nicer pants?
i've booked the night before and 2 days after our tour at the royal national in london when i booked my tour. just thought it'd be easier that way.

Hey, my birthday is a couple of days later on the 27th when we're in Corfu. I'll be 26. That's probably one of the parts of the tour that I'm looking forward to most. Corfu sounds awesome. You'll definately need nicer pants because the casino is pretty swish. Though my brother bought pants, shirt and tie for 30 euro - bugger all.

You should probably book since you have the time. At least then you know you're safe. Especially since it'll be in the middle of summer and fairly busy.

Another reason to get pissed, like we need it. Yeh cant wait for corfu, i tried to get an earlier tour so my b'day would be there, but they were all booked out, but im still on an island for my b'day so im stoked.

Only ONE WEEK now for me and im off to england, YEH! Cant wait.

 I got a life size cut out of the bundy bear from work yesterday, gunna try and fit him in my bags so he can come travelling with us and star in a few of my photos of famous places.

Guess what.... another party to celebrate on our contiki i turn 19 on the 17th aug!!!! looks like we will have lots of nights where there is no sleep and plenty of stumbling around european cities trying to find where we are sleepin!!! cant wait not long now i leave on the 26th july to go to manchester region for a week then meet up wit som of my mates playing cricket in london for a week then we start the adventure of a lifetime that will all leave us needing new internal organs from the damage caused by alcohol!!! although i see we have som kiwis on our trip and im not sure this is gonna work if they beat us in the rugby (*jokes*) us aussies hav nothin to worry about cause that aint gonna happen!! its also good to hear that we have a true aussie icon comin wit us... the BUNDY BEAR guess we will hav to test out drop bears on the european camp sites hey lads!!! Does ne1 kno the avg age on this tour or am i gonna b the youngest???

Im going with 5 mates on the tour, and we are aged 22 - 25ish I think, so yip, you seem to be the youngest so far, but hopefully plenty more ppl will come. I was trying to find out from my travel agent how many ppl were booked so far but she hasn't told me yet.

Well people i leave on tues and am pretty stressed about it all but im sure once i get over there it will be a blast!!! word of advice dont buy anything off.... ebay i bought a backpack and it still hasn arrived so now i hav to go buy another 1 so i paid twice as much money for the 1 thing damn.... cant wait to catch up wit u all in london and then finally talk face to face
