Hey everyone, I have just learned that my trip is not starting on the 21st - it is the 24th.

Haha, I'm so stupid. Anyway, I've booked in so I'm a definite!

Hey Nat, it's your sister here! I guess nobody on our trip has come online yet, or they haven't booked. Thinking about booking in a the generator hostel for a cheaper stay than the Royal National. I've seen a map, and it looks close by, but does anyone know how long it takes to walk between the two? Another question, any campers using this trip to launch into a working holiday? If so, what are they planning to do in terms of luggage? Is it a good idea to store an extra bag at the Contiki basement?

Hi! I'll be 22 by the time we go and Nat will be 21. We are staying at the generator hostel before the tour, which is a few streets away from the Royal National. It's a bit cheaper, which we need, as we are staying on in the UK for a year and need to stretch our money pretty far. We're arriving in London on the night of the 20th, so we can get over the jetlag and settle in a bit first. After the tour we are hoping to go to Ireland for a week or so.

Oh and for the solo travellers, the good thing about travelling solo is that you're pretty much forced into socialising with others, so you'll probably make some great friends. It should be fun meeting you guys!

Sounds like you had your fair share of bad weather, so maybe that means we'll have some sun this time? It'll still be fun if it rains, though!

Knowing our luck rainclouds will follow us all around Europe. That's what happened when we went to Brazil!
