hey! I am going by myself also and looking to meet people! I am a student at Ohio State and I am studying abroad in Athens during Fall but wanted to travel a little before my program starts. What brings you to Greece?

It was a last minute decision for me...I was due to arrive in London on 23 September to do another Contiki tour then travel around for a couple of months but long story short...the global financial crisis got the better of me and I lost my job. So instead of sitting around here feeling sorry for myself i thought i am gonna have some fun.So i booked this tour (only got confirmed for me like 4 days ago).So yeah,the other part of my holiday i am going to be in western and norther europe so i thought why not to Greece and Turkey. After the cruise I sleep the night at the airport then fly out to Malta to meet some of my relos before i head into London and visit a mate there while i wait for my brother to arrive.Then its travel to random parts of europe

What are you studying?

Im staying at the Dorian inn Hotel for the first night,what bout you?

I am staying there the night before we leave but my first few days in Athens Im gonna be at another hotel. I read some pretty awful things online about the Dorian so i didn't wanna stay there too long.

Im studying history and archeology at OSU so Athens is kinda the perfect place for me to study abroad. Where are you from?

Those other trips of yours sound incredible. I spent last September in London and it is quite possibly my favorite place in the world.

I wish i could say that I was studying or what not but im not...I just finished a business management course but that was a waste if tune for me as I dont want to do that with my life but oh well.

If thats what you want to study does that also mean that you are a history buff?
