Anyone fancy Australia for New Year 09/10? I am defo going to Sydney but not sure where else to go in Australia. Hey guys, I was thinking of doing a NZ grand explorer from the 17th Dec to Dec 30th, then the Australia new year, then starting an Australian contiki on the 2nd. Not sure which one but there are a couple I'm choosing from!
My name is Emma and i'm thinking of doing the coast and whitsunday tour commencing the 27th of december in sydney it works out that new years eve would be on frazer island. is anyone considering doing something like this?
So excited, its my first time in Aus & NZ. A friend and I are taking the NZ Bay of Islands Dec 17 and then the AUS Coast & Whitsundays w/ sailing option starting on Dec. 22 which covers new years too! Then 4 extra days in Sydney (might possible go to Melbourne too) dunno yet.
Anyone else booked on these tours?

Hey everyone! My name is Yagnesh (Yags), and some friends and I are going to the the Cairns Sunshine Trail reverse in December. I believe it starts December 18th and ends the 30th in Brisbane/Surfer's Paradise. We are then hopin' a flight to Sydney through Jan. 2, so we'll be doing NYE in Sydney. We are then going to Melbourne from Jan 2-5, back to Sydney on the 5th and back to the States on the 6th. I did the European Discovery tour last year and we did NYE in Paris...it was amazing, I know this time is going to be even better. Hope to see some of you out there! I'm planning to jet off on the 27th Dec, doing the Aussie explorer with whitsunday tour. Have you done anything like this in the past?
My flights are all booked... I'll officially be in Sydney for new year woo \o/ Then i'll be heading to Airlie Beach on 2nd Jan then to Brisbane from there on 5th January-8th January. I will be travelling alone so anyone who will be in any of these places at the same time give me a shout!!!
