We had our wedding yesterday, great day so now we are on the countdown to the honeymoon which we'll be on when we go on this tour. We are soooo looking forward to it!

Hahaha so, so far we have 4 ppl on this forum!!! I wonder who else/how many other Aussies are on this contiki? I believe it will be the end of spring/start of summer in most of europe so the temp should be mildish? I am bringing a video cam, is anyone else doing the same? Are you all doing the Greek Island option? How about cash? any tips/advice, i dont have credit so am wondering what other ppl have gone with. And how much spending money???? lol I had planned to take about $4000 AUD but that is only like $2000Euro!! I am wondering if it's gonna be enough? Hey anyone on Facebook??

Hehe because I'm an eager beaver and I'm bored I've created a facebook page so we can "meet" fellow tour members

Ally - we're taking our Eftpos cards as apparently they work at ATM's overseas but we'll also have credit card as a back up and get some Euro's and Pounds to take with us, will probably not get any Swiss Francs depends on what optionals we decide to do. As for spending $$ really don't know what to do there as we don't have much left over

lol have just requested to join the facebook blog! I think i am just going to get one of those Travelex Cash Passports, my bank wants to charge me some pretty pricey fee's for using my debit overseas! haha we all might have to take to busking on the street to earn our cash lol!

When do you all arrive in London? I get in on the 14th I think. I have 6 or so free days to cause havoc in london before contiki!

Hey has anyone got their contiki pack stuff yet? I only booked last month so havent got my documents yet. How long did they take to come?

Our travel agent said we should get them at the end of March..I'm even excited about getting those!! LOL it's the little things hehehe

I can't wait to get into London! I have found myself looking up London in Google maps trying to work out the city. I have found where the Royal National is. I arrive at London on the 16th of April, so I have some free time for shopping. I kind of wish I could have a few more days in London, but I’m petty much leaving straight after my birthday. Anyway, that’s enough for now... All I can say is that I can't wait for this trip!!!

LOL Sharby I've kinda been doing the same thing, been researching heaps!

Had a call from our travel agent today and Korean Air have changed their flight schedule! Now we're flying out of NZ on the 16th of April and arriving Friday afternoon which (suckily) means we have to pay for another nights accomadation but it does give us another whole day in London which is a silver lining.
