hi all, my name is Shelby Perrier and I am from Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada and I just booked this tour!!!! yay! I am 21 and traveling solo like many of you guys and like you guys I am extremely nervous. On the other hand I am extremely excited to meet all of you and see the world while having the time of our lives! I am flying into London on Sept 6 in the morning and would definitely be up are for meeting for drinks and/or doing some sightseeing...Lani if you are still up for showing the sights I would love to go with you as this is the first time I have done any traveling on my own and I am pretty intimidated/scared to say the least.

Hi everyone.. hoping all is well and everyone is getting excited for our big adventure because i know I am. I am just wondering what is the consensus amongst the group... are you guys packing a back pack or a suitcase. i know those of you traveling before or after the tour are probably bringing a back pack but I am not sure if I am traveling after the tour. i am not sure that I want to lug around a heavy bag everyday and I feel pulling a suitcase on wheels might be easier. I am also thinking that I might be able to pack a lot more in a suit case (is anyone else having difficulties figuring out what to pack?)am i the only one freaking out about this?

hey shelby we were confused about luggage too, but have decided on light-weight suitcases with wheels prob wont be the easiest option (have heard about steps & cobble streets etc) but we will need the extra room and dont think will be able to carry a heavy load for long! dnt kno if that helps orr??!

btw guys check out the other forums on what to bring and what-not to bring.. really handy tips..! not long to go..!! xx

I have just booked myself on the European Explorer with Mykonos option today ... I managed to secure the last place, so looks like we have a full tour

Like many of you I am travelling solo, but I am looking forward to it.

A little about me ... I am 29, female, South African and have lived in London for 8 years, but have just resigned from my job and am looking for a bit of adventure and feel that I couldn't leave the UK without a bit more European travel ... so here I am.

It would be great to meet up beforehand to break the ice ... howz about Saturday 6th Sept late afternoon / early evening somewhere in London that is central for the guys that would have just flown in.

Looking forward to the trip and meeting all of you, just over 5 weeks now !
