I think the pre tour meeting begins around 6pm on the 3rd and I think its held at the Royal National. Just in case some people were planning to meet up at the Imperial at 6..

2.30pm it is then at the Royal. Us Royal National people can all head over together to the Imperial then! So if anyone else wants to join..

ITINERARIES

In case anybody is still waiting for their intineraries, I thought I might share what my travel agent told me today.

I rang my agent today because I wanted to find out about my travel documents. She said that my info hadn't arrived yet (obviously) but she would give Contiki a call and find out whether its on its way. She called me back later this afternoon and told me that Contiki was still trying to confirm one night's accomodation on our trip (she couldn't tell me which country/stop over it was) and that no one would receive their intineraries until that was confirmed with contiki management.

So I'm interested to know if anybody has received there's yet? As I was told that this applies to everyone's intineraries.

I was assured that I would have my documents before going away (I hope so because it includes my flight tickets!) and that if the intinerary hasn't been sent by next Wednesday, she will call them back.

Let me know what you think?!

I phoned my travelagent as well- and he told me the same story. (also did not know which hotel wasn't confirmed).

He told me they were UPSing my stuff out and it should be here today- so I will let you know if/when I get it!

Hi All,

I have received all the travel documents from Contiki about a week ago... Upon closer look at the accommodation vouchers it looks like the hotel in Florence is 'pending confirmation'... I called Contiki directly and they have confirmed that all accomodation has now been booked and confirmed- they will send my travel agent and myself the updated list of hotels today

Also, Vince/Izze, I am staying at the imperial so will meet you in the lobby at 3pm on the 3rd!

hey everyone! i havent ben on this site in months... not long till our trip!
im in london, got here late thursday night and im still really really jetlagged. the weather has been really random too... at night it is freezing and last night i slept in thermal stuff! yesterday was overcast and really cold. today was sunny and nice. my friends even got sunburnt! (i didnt!) i will do my best to meet at the imperial at 3pm next sat.how long is everyone planning on being there because i will probably be a bit late.
