Hi Ange,

I'm all booked Smiler and doing the Mykonos option..I chose this as a holiday within the holiday appealed to me. The island crusing would be lovely though. I really want to visit Santorini, so will organise a day trip there.
If you read through some of the forums, there are different thoughts on each of the options from others that have done them. That may help you decide what your more interested in doing.

I've already met two fellow travellers, doing this tour - both lovely ladies...

Maybe speak to you soon!

Hi Ange!

I'm also booked for May 25 with the Mykonos option! Like Kim, I'm looking forward to the holiday with the holiday, especially since I'll be using up all my vacation time for the trip! I like the idea of relaxing on the beach/shopping during the day and I hear Mykonos has an amazing nightlife.

The island cruising option looks like a really good idea if you're hoping to spend less money during that part of the trip. There's more meals included on the cruise and apparently you can get really cheap drinks while on the ship (compared to what you'd be paying on the island) Plus all the islands look so beautiful you really can't lose! I guess it just depends what you're looking for. I plan to go back to Greece someday, so I wasn't too concerned about seeing all of the islands this time around.

Like Kim I was hoping to visit Santorini. Once you decide on your option if you're interested in organizing a trip there let me know - you can e-mail at graciejm@hotmail.com

Looking forward to hearing from you!!
Grace

Hi again!

Yes the trip is a time-out tour, so hotels for accommodations. And I don't think it's too long to be travelling around at all!!! There's so much to see! We only stay in one city for a maximum of 2 days, so we're constantly moving and seeing new things. The other ladies I have met from the forum are also travelling alone, including myself, so you're definitely not the only one!

Hi Ange!

I'm doing this tour also. I decided on the Greek Island cruising option. Mostly becuase I want to see Crete and I'm not a beachy type person, so the cruising will be best for me!

I am 24 and from Tasmania. I'm off to Europe after this tour and then will be living in London for a while whilst I travel the UK. Where are you from?

My email is shannonstennings@yahoo.com

Cheers
Shannon

Hi Ange...and Grace and Shannon...

I picked this tour because of its duration..know it's going to be exhausting, but I want to see as much as I can whilst i'm there - after all it is Europe... I also liked how most are 2 night stays...
I'm from Sydney and never been before. Also, travelling solo. The mykonos or cruise option is really personal preference I guess - good luck with deciding...

You can email me at kim26j@live.com.au

Hi Angela

I did a little bit of research in to this and decided to go on the May tour becuase the weather is still very nice, but not too hot. Also, I heard that July/August are peak season (school holidays I think!?) and therefore lots of European families are travelling and it is very busy (some people might prefer this I guess) but also, things are a little more expensive.
Have you decided on booking this trip yet?
Smiler

Hi Emily!
That’s great!! Only 120 days to go (or thereabouts…). It’s all getting very exciting!!!
Have you travelled overseas before? I haven’t, and I am going alone and then having a working holiday in the UK afterward, so very nervous. So much to organise!
Whereabouts are you from?? My email is shannonstennings@yahoo.com

I'm from Tassie and I am 24. So far, the only people I have 'met' that are going on this tour are Aussie Females, except for Grace, she's Canadian Smiler
I can't wait to meet all the people on tour. I wonder how many we will have?!
Wow, Dubai sounds fantastic, I read a really interesting article just recently on Aussies living and working in Dubai, it was just amazing, most of them were dating billionaire sheiks and tycoons and the like! You’ll need room in your suitcase for shopping stopping over there Cool
