Has everybody else figured out which of the extras they want to do? I'm still wondering if I really want to go to the Moulin Rouge in France =)

Yeah like yourself, am not sure what optionals I will do, think might just roll with it and see what happens. Although the Moulin Rouge is one of the ones I for sure want to do.

There is just so many dinners, so I am not sure if will do all them or not.

Hmm, on re-reading the optional extras, I think I'm swinging for the Moulin Rouge though I'm thinking of giving at least the 'Space Electronic Disco' a miss (it just doesn't seem all that interesting, maybe I'll feel differently when we finally get there).  I know I'm definately going on the tour of Pompeii (geeky I know but I've always wondered about the city smothered in ashes =)

Are you travelling alone as well? I've been a little nervous about heading out by myself on this tour - the usual stuff: hoping to make friends wondering what will happen if I spend 33 days basically not talking to anybody...  (Though that would, at least mean, I get to catch up on my sleep for 33 days so a plus side to everything =)

Is anybody else here going on the cruise?

I will be doing the cruise. I have been on similar cruises to Egypt and Lebanon with the same company and had a great time.

I am nervous too about travelling alone for the first time. But I am sure the nerves will subside after a few days on tour
