Does anyone have feedback on the weather in Egypt during Jan - March. I know it can range from 40 - 50 degree F. Is it comfortable and cool or annoying and cold..?

yeah ... its pretty HOT that time of the year. I've been told that they have massive sand storms end of Feb/Mar.

That timeframe is actually one of the best time frames to travel.Its the winter season- summer season will be the worst as it get unbearably hot at almost the 50 C mark in the daytime shade.Once the temperatures hit that high all you want to do is to stay indoors in the ac.

It will be cold in the morning / evening and during the daytime it will be sunny and pleasant at around the 25-30C max mark. Sandstorm season in Egypt is usually around mid March to late April.
