Good find...that one looks great! Most of the ones I found didn't include lunch or admission fees. If we get one more person to go the price drops almost $70...hopefully someone else sees this and wants to join us  We would have to leave at 7 though to make it back in time for the meetup. I'm up for an early morning though if everyone else is! |

I'm definetely up for Alexandria on the 7th. I can do early morning (hey, it just gets us ready for the rest of the tour). No flights yet (still working on the issues for after the tour ends) but I will definetely be there sometime on the 6th (the last flight I looked at was about 3pm).

Hey everyone! I'm on facebook as well and my email is tiffanyabishop@hotmail.com. I'm getting in at 2:15 am on the 7th and am deciding if I want to book the trip to Alexandria. What time does the tour leave on the 7th? I'm just worried about being EXHAUSTED! Is anyone else doing anything on the 7th later in day! Is everyone getting their visa when they arrive in Egypt?

Hi Tiffany! I plan on getting my visa when I arrive. I looked at getting it before but you have to send out your passport and I really don't want to do that. I think if we book the tour on the 7th we would have to leave around 7am because it's a 10 hour tour and we need to be back for the meeting that night. It seems like a pretty long drive to Alexandria so you could always sleep in the van!

I've never done a Contiki before so i'm very excited! Also, karen & jodi, I've been reading those last couple of posts about Alexandria and I would probably be keen for that too! Claire, I plan on bring a small suitcase but mostly because I don't have a backpack and don't really want to spend the money on one haha so I might not be the best one for advice on that!
