So I'm officially booked now and so excited!! I'm not staying any extra nights so I don't need to look beyond what is already arranged. I'll be arriving in Cairo late afternoon on Dec 26 and flying out first thing in the morning on Jan 2. I can't wait!
I'm planning to book this tour within the next couple of days. I'll most likely arrive on the 25th. I'm hoping to book the extra night with contiki at the same hotel. I think hostels in Cairo are not as safe as they are in Europe. As for flights, I'm most likely going to have to fly with Turkish airlines. They are by far the cheapest!

Hi! I searched for flights through kayak.com and ended up booking a mostly Delta flight set. That was the cheapest for me. With it being the holiday though the prices seem to be increasing every day. I'm a 30 yr old girl from St. Louis and am actually surprised I'm not flying through Chicago on my out. Have a 7 hr layover in NYC instead.
Ok, so I already booked the whole trip! Woo! I'm flying with Turkish Airlines and have a 5 hr layover in Istanbul on the way there adn a 7 hr layover on the way back. I used orbitz for my flight. I'll be flying in at 2AM on the 26th and going back at 4AM on the 3d. So I'll have an extra full day after the official trip is over.
