My girlfriend and I will be joining you from Feb 23-Mar 4 2007 on the Contiki Egypt tour. Have you recieved any info in the mail yet from Contiki? We are ariving the night of Feb 22nd, and I'm wondering how to get from the aiport to the hotel. Also, I still haven't found the Oasis hotel on a map!

Hi Chris,

From what i've been reading in the brochures, Egypt is one of the few tours where they send someone to pick you up at the airport. If you provided your flight number at time of booking, you should have someone meeting you at the arrivals with a Contiki sign...that's what it says in the Contiki brochure at least...

I went to Egypt in November and Contiki will have a representative at the airport for you. He looks a little sketchy but he's alright. He'll take you out of the arrivals and then down an elevator across the street to where the buses are. Have fun getting to the hotel it is quite the experience because in Egypt it is not apparent that rules of the road exist, its a fun ride

Hi there Chris and Brandy! My names Shaan and I will be touring with my hubbie Brad. I havent gotten anything from Contiki yet but I do hear that someone will be picking us up from the airport. They will have a sign saying Contiki apparently.
