Aloha! Since I didn't see any post for the tour of Aug 17th discussion I thought I would start one since I just booked my tour today! So excited. So give out a shout if you are on the Aug 17th tour. Superjess! I am flying thru JFK on the 17th and get into Cairo on the 18th...this tour ends on the 26ht and so I am leaving that night at 230am (so technically the 27th) to fly back to JFK and will be there for a few days since I have never been to NYC and then I leave on the 30th to head back to Hawaii. I 32 yrs old and I am traveling solo and I am a Sales Rep that is moving to Portland by the end of the month for a new job position so that is why I am taking this trip to do something before I settle into the job. Thats wonderful- I am about to turn 30 - hence the need to do something different- and I would also be traveling solo. Here's the thing though.. I dont have medical insurance right now & I'm a bit concerned about the vaccination thing. Have you gotten any shots? And if so,w hich ones?
Yah I am not going to be having any medical at the time either and my current job ends this thurs so I am going to try to get into to see my doc but not sure if I can...I heard we might need some shots but I think I will okay..cause I have had hep and tetnus shots recently. I also read some other blogs on this site about people getting shots or not getting shots and I have heard nothing too bad on not getting them.
