Hey there! Well I'm from Winnipeg and planning on going on the tour on the same dates and I'm also going to be there a few days before and a few days after....gonna arrive in Cairo on the 26th. I'd also like to go out to the Red sea, they say it's one of the best places on earth to do snorkling.

I arrive on the 28th of May and will be staying at the same hotel waiting for the tour to start on 31st. I am thinking about Alexandria but if you have a better plan, lets discuss. At least I know I won't be alone in the pre-tour days and I am staying an extra day at the end-tour.

Also thinking about doing a series of day tours to see the different quarters of Cairo since we wouldn't get to see Cairo indepth with the tour.
