Look forward to meeting members of this tour group. So post here to say g'day.

so what day is your group meeting? on the 21st? The US departure dates that I'm looking at are the 18th, 21st, and 24th?? I dont know which of these would correspond with your trip?

I hope not, whilst i don't mind who comes along, having only Aussies would be a bit contrary, "yay, go to europe to meet Australians." But the brochure i have says a Guaranteed Departure for the 20th June (the reason i chose this trip) and the other surrounding Departure dates are Jun 16, 18, 23, 26

My travel agent told me the 20th was available when i booked... Am a little confused now. I will scan in that page from my brochure.

Here is the link: http://rapidshare.com/files/84419378/Euro_exp_from_08-09_Aussie_brochure.pdf

Ah, i see, i just surfed the site from the US site (using a US Proxy Server - did i mention i'm an IT/Engineering student...) and they add two days to the itinerary.

Where the Aussie brochure/itinerary says:
Day 1: London to Paris

The US says:
Day1: Depart for Europe
Day2: Arrive London
Day3: London to Paris.

So in fact we should be in the June 18th Forum if you are an Aussie with a tour start 20th June.

No wonders i couldn't find this thread, i guess everyone else was smarter than me and already worked it out.

Well at any rate i hope this helps out fellow travellers and i'm now heading over to the June 18th Thread.

Cheers,
Seano

-edit-
lol, doesn't appear to be one anyway, the one for the 18th July through me off. So i guess this is it, i have edited the Thread Title so it is clear.

Little Miss Sunshine and her sister, both from Perth Australia. Other than that, no. I WAS going with a group but in the end i was the only one to save enough money so i am going solo. I think there is ~25-50 people on each tour.

I am leaving Australia via Darwin>Singapore>London on the 17th June, arrive in London early on the 18th. Do the Tour on the 20th June - 9th July and then leave London Back to OZ on the 22nd July.

Am hoping i will meet people on tour to do something with for the 13 days until my plane leaves for home.

Foxy, i saw you joined our facebook group! I'm going to change my flight plans so I can maybe stick around London for a few extra days or maybe jump around elsewhere. Right now I'm staying til the 11th, but i think i might stay until the following week. Lil miss sunshine said she was goin to serbia after!!

I am going to apply for an international drivers license so that i can hire a car and drive down the south coast of England (after the euro-exp tour) to see dover, stonehenge, and general english countryside. I figure it'll be cheaper to get 4 other people to share the cost of accomodation and rental car than to do a tour, plus will probably see more than doing a tour. Please let me know if anyone would be interested in this.
