Hi, my name is Bernadette im 24 and live in Perth Western Australia. Since emigrating to Australia 16 years ago, this will be my first trip back to the UK and first time i get to experience a Contiki Tour. I am travelling solo, just like everyone else. One part of me is very excited and then another part of me a little worried, however; im sure i'll be fine. Hopefully i'll meet lot's of people to share fond memories of our Tour with.

I will be staying in the Royal National Hotel the night before the tour starts, and then leave for the adventure around Europe on the 27th July 06.

Look forward to hearing from anyone who is going to be experiencing the European Tour July 27 2006.

Now theres three of us on the tour. I'm a kiwi also going alone, I think i'll be staying one or two nights at the Royal national hotel proir to the trip.  It still seems ages away but time will fly.

Glad to see im not the only one on the tour.

Yay! Were slowly finding out people are doing our tour. I'll be staying at the Royal National Hotel the night before we depart, and then the night we arrive back in London.

I leave to go to England in just under 14 weeks, but no doubt the weeks beforehand will fly over. Well hope so.

Just registered for my first contiki, and it looks like its with you guys.  I'm a saffer and also going alone...

So, so far, 2 girls, 2 guys, 4 countries!!!  This is what contiki is all about!

The count down is long but like Andrew said it will fly.

Really looking forward to meeting all of you and having the time of our lives, thats if the anticipation doesnt kill me before our trip!!!

Everyday as I walk into work I remind myself that in a matter of weeks I'll be leaving for an amazing trip-- it makes the rest of the day not so bad...

Haha Annelise this is so exciting. I concur though, i get to work and think man another day of boring work, then i think hang on how many more sleeps. Hmmm that certainly brings a smile to my face then.

I get to London on the 26th July and stay there for the night in the Royal National Hotel. So no doubt we'll all meet that night, well hopefully then up early the next day bound for Dover.

Now theres two Aussies on our tour, youeeeeeeee. Finally more people are starting to log on and say Yes i'm going on that tour. Awesome.

Well my countdown has certainly started, i have 39 days left until i leave for Manchester.

Cannot wait to meet each and everyone of you, and hell yeah get ready to party. I'm sure were going to meet friends for life, so let the good times keep rolling on.

It's great to see more people on "our" tour. It's all starting to get rather close now, only 8 weeks till I fly and leave  kiwi land behind.

I'm arriving on the 25th also early and staying at the royal nat hotel for the two nights proir so I'd be keen to explore London on the 26th. I figuring the 25th will possibly be a write off by the time I work out where in the world i've landed.

Anyway looking forward to meeting you all and having a trip of a lifetime together.

    My name is Niki, I'm 21 from Canada.  I haven't signed up for the trip yet but I am going to soon.  I have read all of your messages and you all seem really awesome.  I just had a question though, which dates are you guys going?  Is it from July 28th to Aug 18 or just when exactly?

After reading what you guys have wrote, you're getting me excited for a trip I haven't booked yet!

Our trip is from the 27th  July to the 15th August, as in we leave the 27th July and get back to London on the 15th August.

It'd be cool if you could try and get onto our tour, good luck.
