has anyone been on this trip already that is able to talk to me about this as im thinkin of going on this trip or one quite like it next year "08" would be greatly appreciated if i could get some info on this trip....

Hey Simone,
I'm NOT going on your trip but i've travelled with Contiki and would like to offer some advice:
If you plan on taking a credit card to Europe, you may want to call your credit card company to let them know you'll be travelling so they don't think the card has been stolen and cut you off.

Another thing I recommend is carrying your cash in a money belt, I find it safer.

When you pack, throw some clothing into your carry-on to ligten the weight of the suitcase and in case your luggage gets lost. Leave room for souveneirs & carry with you an extra copy of your pasport and hotel address list.

Hi Simone,

I did this tour in April/May this year and had the best experience ever!! i think 20 days is long enough i wouldnt do any longer, ensure u have lots of different clothes cause you get to was bout once a week and get extreamly sik of wearing the same ones everyday!! Make sure u have lots of vitamins wit u or u'll end up with the contiki cough!! If u choose to do this tour u will have a blast!!

Yeah of course it is .... thought that was just common knowledge ...

I just finished this tour two days ago, I had the time of my life. Everyone on the bus got the contiki cough. 20 days was definately long enough. Drink heaps of water and sleep heaps on the bus (except when going through the Swiss Alps - the views are amazing)

I did this tour last month and it was amazing! had the time of my life! 20days was definitely long enough, you get to see some incredible places and i would definitely recommend it!

(i still have the damn cough though!!!)

yeah i recommend this tour also, 20 days is long enough, wouldnt do any longer, finished this tour late sept and had a great time, had a great bunch of ppl on tour and we partied every night as a group.the contiki cough went around but not everybody got it. eat plenty of fruit and drink plenty of water and take vitamins you will be fine
