Hi everyone. I couldnt see a topic for this date yet so I thought I would start one. I'm thinking of goin on the 'european experience' trip on this date. Just wanted to find out if anyone else was going on this date, solo travellers especially?
Hey J-me, i assume thats short for jamie. Yeah cool, so i thought i might be travelling on a bus by myself, ha. So its set im booked for this date to, where you from, me Perth. I'm only go to fly in night of 21st but at least have 2 days to see london before trip. So exciting, overseas trip finally!
Hey Robbo and J-me....I'm also booked on this trip. I'm travelling solo and can't wait to meet loads of awesome people. I'm from NSW...probably flyin out from Syd on 21st July...get there a day or 2 before the tour!
Thats awesome youve booked this trip Nathan. So far ive heard that travelling solo is much better than with someone one else. I'm getting into heathrow 21st july about 7pm at night, hopefully crashing at someones place i know for 2nights but i thought id stay at royal national (recommended hotel) night before trip and also afterwards, as we leave so early next morning and also got some meeting evening before i think, anyway let me know your plans closer to the date, im going to just walk around london for 2 days prior to trip but might be good to catch up before, beer or whatever!
I fly into Heathrow on the 22nd July at about 12pm...thought I'd get there a day before, try and get over the jetlag! I got recommended to stay at the Royal National as well, although I haven't heard great reviews about it on trip advisor at all!! But at the end of the day you're only in your room whilst you're sleeping. I plan on pretty much doing the same thing - walking around London seeing the sights and taking it all in the day before and for 2 days afterwards! I am also heading on this trip with two female friends. We are all from Melbourne and looking forward to having an awesome time. 2nd time over to the Uk but first around Europe

Ill be in London the night before staying at the Royal national as well...no doubt we'll catch up at the meeting but if u guys are there before we should try and catch up for drinks!

Hey i'm one of the girls travelling with Mick. Anyone have any ideas as to how many people are doing this tour? Can't wait to leave- i'm sure everyone's feeling the same way though! Hopefully the next 3 months will fly by.
