Is anyone else on this tour starting in Sydney on October 4th? I am going to a travel agent and booking this week!

we're from Manitoba and Saskatchewan...we're going to be in sydney on the 2nd and then in cairns until the 21! Super excited! How about you?

I am travelling to Sydney arriving on the 2nd too. Who are you flying with? I am staying in Cairns one extra night and will fly out on the 20th.

Are you extending your stay with the same hotels? I tried to book in at the Holiday Inn Points Point in Sydney but they are all booked so I am trying to find something else close by.

i'll have to check who we're flying but we get in a 6:30 in the morning. We got into the same hotels we're staying at for the tour so we were lucky!

That is great that you got into that hotel. I am staying at a hotel that is a little closer to the touristy areas but it is far away from the start of our tour. I am flying with Air New Zealand and get in around 9:30 am.

I know, I am nervous about travelling by myself because I have no idea what the other people on the tour will be like but it is nice to know there will be two other people from Canada We will have to make a point of finding each other at the start of the tour, my name is Krista. I'm Lindsay and my coustin is Katie. We're both 22. I'm married, Katie's single. Katie one day said let's go on this tour and I said yes!! We're so excited to be going. You'll probably be bored flying by yourself but once we're all on the tour I'm pretty sure you won't be alone for long!! I think there's a lot of people who usually travel alone.

Hi Lindsay (and Katie). I will turn 24 while we are away and I have a long term boyfriend. I have a full Ipod, some books and gravol to help me get through travelling for 26 hours on my own. I am sure once we are all together I will meet lots of great people. I actually fly to Vancouver on Monday to start off my trip so I am busily packing this weekend! Hopefully I have everything I need
